This course teaches learners how to enhance a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent with Power Automate actions, Dataverse data capabilities, deployment to Teams and SharePoint, and analytics-driven iteration. It culminates in building and deploying a fully functional Department Service Agent as the Skill Track 2 capstone.
