This stage capstone builds the foundation layer of the Clinic Operations Reporting System: a clean, validated, documented SAS dataset of clinic visits and staffing records created entirely with DATA step programming in SAS Studio. You generate the raw source data, import and type it correctly, apply validation rules, quarantine bad rows, and produce a data-quality summary that the later SQL, ODS, and macro stages will consume.
